Refund and Cancellation Policy

Bangalore East Round Table 27 (BERT27) greatly appreciates the generosity of our donors, as your contributions allow us to support critical community programs. Please review our refund and cancellation policy outlined below:

1. Donations

1.1 Donations made to BERT27 through Razorpay are generally non-refundable, as funds are allocated to ongoing community programs and initiatives shortly after they are received.

1.2 In exceptional circumstances, where an error has been made in the donation process or duplicate donations have occurred, we may, at our discretion, consider a refund request.

2. Refund Request Process

2.1 To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the donation date. Include your name, contact details, donation amount, and reason for the refund request.

2.2 Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

3. Event Registrations

3.1 If you have registered for a BERT27 event and are unable to attend, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Refunds for event registrations may be available at the discretion of BERT27.
